My friend jumped into Test / Dboll without doing much research, or even telling me until I found out recently... And I WAS SHOCKED when I heard what he's been doing...

Long story short, he's on his 4th week of Dbol (25) / Test E (500) Cycle .... First cycle , it's a good beginner cycle if done properly... which he didn't do:

1st of all NO LIVER or Cycle support whatsoever..
2nd of all He's been drinking beer.... more than once or twice..
3rd: Not drinking enough water...

He's a big guy, trains a lot, but he rushed into this without doing research, and now he has the following symptoms...
Dark Piss / Nausea & Fever / And A LOT of Itching ..

He says he has 1 more week of Dballs , and I told him to stop, but he probably won't.. He is getting a 'liver detox' product today

What should I tell him?
Any specific product you guys recommend I tell him to get?

I pulled this from here. More products arent the answer. The first section talks about faliure. The second about cirrhosis.
American Liver Foundation - The Progression of Liver Disease

"Liver failure

Liver failure means that your liver is losing or has lost all of its function. It is a life-threatening condition that demands urgent medical care.

The first symptoms of liver failure are often nausea, loss of appetite, fatigue, and diarrhea. Because these symptoms can have any number of causes, it may be hard to tell that the liver is failing.

Liver failure is a life-threatening condition that demands urgent medical care.

But as liver failure progresses, the symptoms become more serious. The patient may become confused and disoriented, and extremely sleepy. There is a risk of coma and death. Immediate treatment is needed. The medical team will try to save whatever part of the liver that still works. If this is not possible, the only option may be a liver transplant.

When liver failure occurs as a result of cirrhosis, it usually means that the liver has been failing gradually for some time, possibly for years. This is called chronic liver failure.

Chronic liver failure can also be caused by malnutrition. More rarely, liver failure can occur suddenly, in as little as 48 hours. This is called acute liver failure and is usually a reaction to poisoning or a medication overdose."

"Cirrhosis

But if left untreated, your liver may become so seriously scarred that it can no longer heal itself. This stage – when the damage cannot be reversed – is called cirrhosis.

Cirrhosis can lead to a number of complications, including liver cancer. In some people, the symptoms of cirrhosis may be the first signs of liver disease.

You may bleed or bruise easily.
Water may build up in your legs and/or abdomen.
Your skin and eyes may take on a yellow color, a condition called jaundice.
Your skin may itch intensely.
In blood vessels leading to your liver, the blood may back up because of blockage. These blood vessels may burst.
You may become more sensitive to medications and their side effects.
You may develop insulin resistance and type-2 diabetes.
Toxins may build up in your brain, causing problems with concentration, memory, sleeping, or other mental functions.

Once you’ve been diagnosed with cirrhosis, treatment will focus on keeping your condition from getting worse. It may be possible to stop or slow the liver damage. It is important to protect the healthy liver tissue you have left."

He needs to get to the Doctor asap and stop what he is doing. He needs to play this safe, being big is not worth liver failure.

What's the strongest liver support supp he can take? He went to Nutrition-house, and they recommended he take some "Detox" but not sure if it's hardcore enough

Being that his liver is already taxed and having trouble. More supplements could only make it worse even if it is a " detox supp" Orbit is right he needs to get to a doctor.

Yes, your friend has cholestasis. His liver is really bad right now and he needs to stop taking oral steroids and drinking. Right now the bile flow is restricted in his liver and his liver cannot clear any toxins that enter. His body is going to have a toxic build-up. It is not lethal, but if he stays in this condition for too long he can get a disease called cirrhosis.

You only get one liver, you better remind him of that.

i know of 1 person who i am close to who needed a liver transplant and all of the symptoms you listed he had until he had a seizure and was rushed to the hospital where he was given days to live. are his eyes turning yellowish? are his finger nails becoming orangish? if so, he may be in a touch and go period where he may lose his liver. i would get to an e.r. immediately. if he starts vomiting and passing out hes more than likely fucked. tell the doctors hes been taking a ton of tylenol and other over the counter drugs for a cold for over 2 weeks with over 5 grams of vitamin c a day on top of everything else. if he tells them hes been using aas and alcohol they wont put him on a donor list if he needs one. they will let him die. hes in a risk category that they will see a transplant as a waste since he brought the liver failure on himself.

my friends was caused by dbol, excessive tylenol for the liver problem symptoms, exctasy, and alcohol - all used daily for a few weeks, and very heavy friday through sunday. he told the doctors tylenol, vitamin c, and all other otc stuff for his cold. if he told the truth hed be dead now.

He's afraid of going to a doctor, even though its free (Canada) , he doesn't want him to know what he's been doing...

I told him to just say he's been drinking a lot, and get his liver tested
