thanks for all the good advice. I have dropped some of the cardio and when i lift been seeing an increase in the amount i am able to lift verses when i started. Going to cancun next week and wish I had a few more weeks to really get in shape but I can't complain really bc i have noticed changes in my body. Still working on those damn squatts! Wish it came easier to me!

Hi Daisy. I just joined this forum. Currently I use 8lb. weights for my upper body, and I want more muscle size & definition, do you think I will see a dramatic increase in my muscle size if I up my weights ?

Also, I read that you use nitro-tech, I just got a 5lb. jug 4 days ago, I was wondering what kind of results did you get from it ? I am curious to see what it will do for me. I have heard it will help to build muscle while supporting fat loss ? I want muscle but want to be lean too. what has it done for you ? Please be as specific as possible !!! My name is Denise. I lift 5x a week, training 2 body parts per session, I am 5'6" tall, 130 lbs, 21% body fat. I hope you replay real soon. :rainbow:[/FONT]

You should always up the weights you are lifting if you are finding them too easy for you. Also, you may find yourself using different weights for different muscle groups or even different exercises for the same group, so play around with the amount you use(for example, if I am working my shoulders, I can easily use heavier weight doing shoulder press than I can doing side raises, simply because of other muscles also incorporated in the exericse and the way in which you do them....and I shoulder press much more than I curl when working biceps).
