m2: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup oats w/a little pumpkin mixed in
m3: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 18 almonds
GYM!!! HAms, glutes, calves, and abs... one of the better workouts I've had in a long time I think.
