m1: Pumpkin pancake, 1 tbl Power Butter
m2: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup oats w/a little pumpkin mixed in
m3: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 18 almonds
GYM!!! HAms, glutes, calves, and abs... one of the better workouts I've had in a long time I think.
m4: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m5: 5 oz chicken, baby spinach, 4 oz sweet potato, mixed berries
m6: 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl Power Butter
