m1: 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oats
m2: 2 scoops protein, 1/2 oz walnuts
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 oz almonds
GYM!!! CHest and arms... had to round up a spot a couple times, but had a good workout!!!

m5: 4-5 oz turkey, 1 cup baby spinach, broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms
