m2: (TBD) 5 oz chicken, 2 cups green beans, 1/2 cup brown rice
m3: (TBD) 1 oz almonds, apple
m4: (TBD) 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine
GYM!!! Quads and calves... my favorite
m5: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop powerade
m6: (TBD) 6 oz chicken, lettuce, onion, tomato, sweet potato croutons
m7: (TBD) Hmm prob 4-5 egg whites, 1 tbl Power butter
