Yup the dishwasher is back home now... and thats ok I don't mind bein the dishwasher especially since she's the :coffee: maker :lmao: I'm too lazy to measure and grind it up HA HA

Wow - Dangerous!!!! I was thinking of something with graham crackers too maybe...

How about put some of the choc. pudding in a cup then spread some softened ANPB on top in a layer then top with crumbled graham crackers then more choc. pudding.....top lightly with crumbled graham crackers.....

m1: 5 oz chicken, 1 1/2 cup shredded wheat
m2: 1 oz almonds, 1 small apple
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup stir fry veggies, 1 cup pumpkin
m4: 1 oz walnuts
m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine

GYM!!! Back and abs....

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade POWDER
m7: 5 oz bison, lettuce, onion
