Yup the dishwasher is back home now... and thats ok I don't mind bein the dishwasher especially since she's the maker I'm too lazy to measure and grind it up HA HA

Chocolate *is* good. I used to laugh at my 'betty crocker' grandma for using parfait cups and making jell-o pudding, but now I have cups of my own, lol. I make the instant pudding though - Can't wait that long to it. Anyway, I am trying to think of a way to incorporate anpb into the chocolate pudding... thoughts?

Melt down the ANPB and pour it into ice cube trays (about 1/2 to 1 T per tray is what I use). Once that's frozen, pour the pudding on top of it and let that freeze. MMMmm.. frozen Reese's cups. They're kinda dangerous, though. I can't stop at one. lol

How about put some of the choc. pudding in a cup then spread some softened ANPB on top in a layer then top with crumbled graham crackers then more choc. pudding.....top lightly with crumbled graham crackers.....

m1: 5 oz chicken, 1 1/2 cup shredded wheat
m2: 1 oz almonds, 1 small apple
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup stir fry veggies, 1 cup pumpkin
m4: 1 oz walnuts
m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine

GYM!!! Back and abs....

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade POWDER
m7: 5 oz bison, lettuce, onion
