m2: 1 oz almonds, 1 small apple
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup stir fry veggies, 1 cup pumpkin
m4: 1 oz walnuts
m5: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine

GYM!!! Back and abs....

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade POWDER
m7: 5 oz bison, lettuce, onion
Sooooo how did you cook that bison?!? :lmao: Oh yeah this is not the recipe thread, strike that.... How is your back and abs doing? ;)

:FRlol: You're silly... hmmm since ya asked back is a little stiff, how can I describe it, like a board maybe :) Abs a lil in obliques but thats it so far so we'll see... Hams and calves still tight too

You guys are making me want to go to my Whole Foods now to see if they do have that ground bison after all. Not like my grocery bill isn't high enough already!!! Clean eating ain't cheap :rolleyes:

m3: 5 oz salmon, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup stir fry mix
m4: 1 oz walnuts
m5: 1 low carb yogurt w/ scoop protein
m6: 5 oz chicken, lettuce, tomato
m7: 1 cup egg whites, 1 scoop protein, 2 tbl Power Butter :p

Just had shredded wheat for breakfast for the first time. I mashed a banana in with some cottage cheese & nuts. It was REALLY good! I'm now officially a convert. And each biscuit is actually pretty decent sized for 15-16g of carbs...I :heart: finding a new clean food I like :)

Hmmm that sounds like a pretty good idea :p If I get the big biscuits again I just might try it!
