Awww thanks girlies and MM :D I just realized the soreness from benching my weight in incline press yesterday is setting in too :lmao: :whatever: OH welllll... time to go kill that shit again tonight with Hams, glutes, and abs :evil:

***Rough day but it didn't matter... still got to the gym and got a good workout in!!! :D ***

m1: 4 HB egg whites, 1 cup shredded wheat
m2: 1 oz almonds
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli
m4: 1 oz walnuts
m5: 1 scoop protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine

GYM!! HAms, glutes, calves and abs... definately got a good workout in I suppose since legs still a little tingly... (fyi T I changed it up a little and threw in donkey calves since I had the machine for a change and wanted to beat my old PR going ALL the way through big toe ;)

m6: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 scoop gatorade, 1 tsp glutamine
m7: 5 oz tilapia, 1 cup broccoli
m8: TBD (not my usual snack though :( unless I go hit the store... )

Just curious, wuts the Gatorade for? Is that preWO, or Post?
