GYM!!! Quads and calves... hmm all the weights went up but I still seemed to feel like this was a pretty crummy workout
I like it! Duckie is getting a bit dated I've actually developed a taste for pumpkin, cottage cheese and flax oil mixed together....even better if I throw in some nuts. I don't put in any sweetener and it strangely tastes appealing. I'm a weirdo!

OK, I suppose I can handle the new nickname It is at least fitting for the time of year, HA plus I'm bout to go make my usual weekend PUMPKIN pancake now anyways ANd I LOVE my pumpkin with some walnuts and just a dash of cinnamon, no sweeteners here either so guess we are both weirdos
