SBT's First Journal...

Saturday, November 11, 2006

m1: PUmpkin pancake :p
m2: 1/2 oz almonds
m3: 5 oz chicken, 1 cup green beans, 3/4 cup pumpkin
m4: 1/2 oz almonds
m5: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 scoop no2

GYM!!! Shoulders and abs... so glad strength phase it ending I am sore from head to toe, and I'm thinking the constant headaches could have something to do with the heavy lifting as well, but then again who knows :whatever:

m6: 2 scoops protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine, 1 scoop powerade
m7: 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 4 oz chicken

PUMPKIN!!! Oh sweetie you are the best! I as always trying to cut..:FRlol: so...even if I am craving you PUMPKIN...I think I will keep it in the "chocolate cake" section...think about it for a year or so before I actually eat it! Have a great Sunday! Has Polar been good?

OK, what's all the hubub about pumpkin? Good source of fibre, I'm guessing, & clean carbs. Adds nice flavour to dishes.
Is that it, or is there anything else to it?
Is it as good a carb as oatmeal or whole wheat?

That pudding is like CRACK! lol! I've actually been thinking about throwing the pudding mix in a blender with cottage cheese and letting it set. I wonder if it would be cheesecake-like? Have you tried that yet? I'll do it this weekend and report back with results! LOL!

Funny that I stumbled across this because I made fat free, sugar free pudding over the weekend. Jell-o brand has a cheesecake flavor that is sugar free! I made it two ways - in parfait cups layered with mixed frozen berries - and in a bowl with sugar free raspberry jam on top. Heaven. :chomp:

Darn, I'm always the last to know, lol!!!

I liked the cheesecake... A little on the sweet side, but close enough to the real thing to be enjoyable. My fav is the regular old chocolate w/bananas & nuts mixed in.
