m1: 1 scoop protein, 2/3 cup oats
m2: 16 almonds
m3: 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice
m4: 4 oz chicken, lettuce, mushrooms, onion
GYM!!!
Quads and calves...right quad only acted up for a sec but besides that a ok today
m5: 1 1/2 scoop protein, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 tsp creatine
m6: 1 cup egg whites, 2 tbl PB, 1 scoop protein
