8:00 a.m.
-1 cup Hi-Lo cereal (dry)
-1 scoop protein

11:15 a.m.
-1 oz almonds

12:15 p.m.
Pre-Workout Shake:
-1 1/2 scoops protein
-1 tsp glutamine

12:40 p.m.
LEGS
Hams: DB Lunges (12 x 20 lbs) x 2 (10 x 25 lbs) x 2
Quads: Leg Press (10 x 180 lbs) x 1 (8 x 230 lbs) x 1 (8 x 270 lbs) x 1 (5 x 320 lbs) x 1
Hams: Leg curls (12 x 55 lbs) x 1 (10 x 65 lbs) x 1 (10 x 75 lbs) x 1 (9 x 90 lbs) x 1
Quads: Uni lateral ext (10 x 30 lbs) x 1 (8 x 40 lbs) x 1 (8 x 50 lbs) x 1 (6 x 60 lbs) x 1
Calves: Seated raises (25 x 140 lbs) x 3

1:45 p.m.
PWO Shake:
-1 scoop protein
-1 tsp glutamine
-ice and water

3:30 p.m.
-4 oz chicken/shrimp
-1 cup broccoli

7:30 p.m.
-5 egg whites
-1 oz chicken
-diced mushroom, onions, and peppers
-1 Tbl Choc PB :p :p :p
