I didn't eat very much yesterday though... and since I took a little siesta I never got around to eating my "cheat" meal either :rolleyes:

It works great! Gives you % of fat cals burned, which was the feature I enjoyed most! LOL...
You will have to buy the baand though...Not expensive, around $25.00 I think academy has them lowest...

-lots of broccoli, onions, peppers, mushrooms, cucumbers, black beans, diced up hard boiled egg, tomatoes, cauliflower (hmmm, I don't think I missed anything :chomp: )
-4-5 oz chicken
-1 tbl sunflower seeds

7:40 p.m.
-4 oz chicken (cooked in diced jalepenos, and onions :redhot: )
-1 1/2 cups veggies (broccoli, green beans, kidney beans, peppers, garbanzos)
-1 slice low carb Multigrain bread

10:30 p.m.
-6 egg whites
-1 tbl cinnamon raisin PB

Total: 1168
