6:05 a.m.
5 min on treadmill (speed 4/incline 4
Back: seated low rows (10 x 75 lbs) x 1 (8 x 90 lbs) x 2 (6 x 105 lbs) x 1
Back: One arm DB Rows (10 x 30 lbs) x 1 (8 x 35 lbs) x 2 (6 x 40 lbs) x 1
Back: BTN Rope pull down (10 x 60 lbs) x 3
Back: Hypers (10 x 25 lb plate) x 3
Biceps: DB Concentration curl (10 x 20 lbs) x 1 (8 x 25 lbs) x 2 (6 x 27.5 lbs) x 1 PR
Biceps: Twist Curl (10 x 15 lbs) x 1 (8 x 20 lbs) x 2 (6 x 22.5 lbs) x 1

7:30 a.m.
-1 scoop gatorade
-3/4 cup egg beaters
-1/4 cup oats

10:00 a.m.
-1 cup baby spinach
-1/2 cup broccoli
-4 oz chicken

-4.5 oz chicken

6:30 p.m.
-5 egg whites
-1 oz slivered almonds

7:30-8:30 p.m.
TKB-Turbo Kickboxing

9:15 p.m.
-1 cup egg beaters
-1 1/2 cup mixed veggies (broccoli, green beans, water chestnuts, mini corns, peppers)

Actually when I was on my way I was feeling like it was gonna be a rough workout, but once I got the tunes on and the sleepy's gone I was good to go... now I kinda like it :D
And day 2!!! Nice job :) It's addicting lol :) Change is always good... your body will prolly respond to it too! Great work Duckie:) :heart:

Yup, I'm surprisingly liking the weights in the morning routine :) It does however leave a lot of down time in the afternoon though :rolleyes: Which actually this week I've needed do to packing and studying ;) Thanks for the props girl!!!
