-3/4 cup southwest egg beaters
-1/2 cup oats
-1 tsp apple pie spice

11:00 a.m.
-1/2 cup blueberries
-1 scoop protein

1:15 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-2 cups romaine
-3 oz sweet potato

4:50 p.m.
Pre-WO shake:
-water and ice
-1 scoop protein isolate (sample pack fuzzy navel :p )
-1 tsp glutamine

5:15 p.m.
LEGS :evil: .......
Quads: SIngle leg extensions (12 x 30 lbs) x 1 (8 x 40 lbs) x 2 (5 x 50 lbs) x 2
Hams: Walking DB lunges (12 x 20 lbs) x 2 (12 x 25 lbs) x 2
Hams/Glutes: Butt blaster (10 x 30 lbs) x 1 (8 x 40 lbs) x 2 (7 x 50 lbs) x 1
Hams: Good mornings (12 x 45 lbs) x 1 ( 9 x 65 lbs) x 2
Calves: Donkey calves (20 x 250 lbs) x 2 (15 x 300 lbs) x 1 PR<-- Had to bc some guy kept taking my plates off then watchin :mad:
Calves: Seated Raises (15 x 90 lbs) x 1 (15 x 115 lbs) x 2 (10 x 140 lbs) x 1
Shoulders: Twist DB press (10 x 20 lbs) x 2 felt easy (8 x 25 lbs) x 2 PR so (3 x 30 lbs) x 1 PR

6:40 p.m.
-8 oz gatorade
-1 1/2 scoops protein
-1 tsp glutamine

7:15 p.m.
-1 tbl PB

7:30-8:30 p.m.
TKB-Turbo Kick boxing

9:00 p.m.
-6 oz chicken
-2 cups baby spinach
-2 oz sweet potato

11:45 p.m.
-1/2 cup egg beaters
-2 egg whites
-2 tbl PB

Total: 1501
