(love pancakes :p )

9:30 a.m.
-35 min walk with the puppy

11:15 a.m.
Pre WO Shake:
-6 oz water and ice
-1/4 cup blueberries
-1 1/2 scoops protein

12:00 p.m.
5 min warm up walking track
Biceps: One arm Preacher (11 x 15 lbs) x 1 (8 x 20 lbs) x 2 (6 x 25 lbs) x 2
Triceps: Push downs w/V-bar (12 x 40 lbs) x 1 (8 x 50 lbs) x 2 (5 x 60 lbs) x 2 PR
Biceps: EZ bar curl (10 x 35 lbs) x 1 (8 x 45 lbs) x 2 (5 x 55 lbs) x 1
Triceps: DB kickbacks (11 x 15 lbs) x 1 (8 x 20 lbs) x 2 (6 x 25 lbs) x 1
Shoulders: Upright Rows (12 x 45 lbs) x 1 (10 x 55 lbs) x 1 (5 x 65 lbs) x 1 PR

-1 1/2 Cups mixed veggies (broccoli, green beans, peppers, water chestnut)

-5 oz salmon
-2 cups mixed veggies (broc, cauliflower, zuchini, green beans, peppers)

11:30 p.m.
-3/4 cup egg whites
-1 :cold: tbl PB

what kind of protein are you using.is it like flaveless and you just add fruit.
I got chuclate and not much mixis well with it.

Well thank you for the support... and I already hit the gym this morning :)

Some of those pics are very recent actually, a couple from last week then the bathing suit pic was from two days ago :qt:
