OH my........ I think you need to get some rest or something you little nut... :lmao:

I can't stand the guy at the gym, plus he is like 50 something too :rolleyes: Oh well, either way at least he gets me all annoyed and I can take it out on the weights :evil:

and good drugs they were, I had the best sleep I have ever had in about 6 months. I am supposed to take it three times a day, I think I will just stick to as needed! :)

I tride the dame protien mix in gateraid today with strawberrys.
I wated so long becuase I thought to myself there is no way choclit powder mixed with any tipe of gaterade just cant tast good.

well I had it with berry gaterade and some ice and strawberrys and its dame good.I only have it like this after my work outs though.
but thanks fore the advice.
