Hmmm now I wish I would have gotten some of that too :p YOU can by all means jack this log whenever you would like dear :D Maybe we can just change the title to SBT's PB log ?!?!? :idea: :FRlol:
 
Yeah....my pm to you got mangled...its all fubared in my sent box.

Suggestions:

Take some more pics...full body length in good lighting. Wear a bathing suit...one or two piece and we'll get together on where to add/subtract....post or email them to me

Get a BF test done as well....although I can probably guess in the pics you will take.


Let me know if you want to do a show and when it will be

DAY OFF!!!!!!!!! :elephant:

9:30 a.m.
-1/2 cup Hi-Lo Maple Pecan cereal
-1 scoop protein
-1/2 cup blueberries

12:00 p.m.
-25 almonds

2:15 p.m.
-1 cup baby spinach
-1 cup green beans
-5 oz chicken
-1 tbl vanilla cranberry PB

5:00 p.m.
-2 cups baby spinach
-4 oz chicken

8:20 p.m.
-6 oz chicken
-2 cups mixed veggies (green beans, broccoli, peppers, onions, water chestnuts)
-1 tbl olive oil

11:45 p.m.
-5 egg whites
-1 whole egg
-chopped peppers and mushrooms
