2:15 p.m.
-1 cup baby spinach
-1 cup green beans
-5 oz chicken
-1 tbl vanilla cranberry PB
5:00 p.m.
-2 cups baby spinach
-4 oz chicken
8:20 p.m.
-6 oz chicken
-2 cups mixed veggies (green beans, broccoli, peppers, onions, water chestnuts)
-1 tbl olive oil
