Rise and shine
-1/4 banana (I was starving so no way was I doing cardio with nada)
8:00-9:00 a.m.
Spin class
9:20 a.m.
-3/4 cup southwest egg beaters
-handful chopped mushrooms (outta salsa)
-1/2 cup oats w/ pumpkin pie spice
-1/4 banana
I'll get to start doing that within the next few weeks!!
