-1 scoop protein powder
-1/2 container low carb vanilla yogurt
-1 tsp cinnamon

10:00 a.m.
-15 min stair stepper (fat burner program)
Back: Straight arm cable press down (12 x 50 lbs) (12 x 60 lbs) (12 x 70 lbs)
Back: Bent over rows (12 x 50 lbs) (12 x 65 lbs) (12 x 75 lbs)
Back/Hams: GOod mornings (12 x 45 lbs) x3
Back: SIngle arm cable rows (12 x 50 lbs) x3 each arm
Back: WIDE grip lat pull downs (12 x 75 lbs) x3
-15 min elliptical (high incline, high resistance, SLOW focusin on stretchin calves)

11:30 a.m.
-1 scoop protein
-4 strawberries
-1/4 cup blueberries

12:40 p.m.
-4 oz chicken
-2 oz whole wheat pasta

2:00 p.m.
-1 tbl frozen PB

5:30 p.m.

-3 oz chicken (if that)
-1/2 oz almonds
-handful dried cranberries

8:10 p.m.
-6 oz tilapia
-1 cup broccoli
-1 cup spring mix salad

10:00 p.m.
-1 frozen tbl PB

2:00 a.m.
-Heated up dinner leftovers
-9 almonds

Started out that way maybe... but balanced it out no problem ;)
GM's worked well... thanks for the suggestion! :heart:

RIght back at ya sweetie!!! It must have been pretty good... I can feel it in my lats today, which is a good thing ;) And the calf soreness is FINALLY down to a minimum too woooooo hoooo!

-5 oz chicken (cooked in orange/chinese glaze) :p

-1 cup broccoli w/chopped onion, mushroom, and jalepeno

8:15 p.m.
-1 scoop protein

10:40 p.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 tbl PB
