Well............he is not as far in arrears as I had thought.

This happens when one has 50 projects going on.

Two businesses one of which is exploding and one of which is dieing. Two vehicles. Two places. Plus a whole house remodel. Throw in massive computer and web page and printer problems.

I am about to explode. Actually did this morning.

I didn't know what day it was today until recently.

Yesterday I was dead serious about selling and moving to Canada. Today....I am not sure.

It is hard to move to a different country...I have been trying for a few years and have made very little progress.

I have it pretty good here............just so much foreboding over the "possibilities" of admin policies that I question 6 hours a day.

I need to relax.

He is still working on finishing July rent. Says boss is on African safari or something.

This guy has about 4 great qualities and about 5 horrendous qualities. However, he has lived there for 10 years....along with someone else until last year.

He acts like nothing is wrong. I have about 5 more pressing problems so I don't say much.

Sometimes I consider a warning that he has 30 days to move or pay. Usually....I would just as soon he moved. Other times....I consider his generally good history and redeeming qualities.

The big problem....I am almost certain that he has over 10,000 saved up. He is a miser.

Hard to be sympathetic when one feels they are being led on.

I think when you consider his rent history being over 10 years, you can cut him some slack, but if you know he has the ability to pay, I would not let him walk all over you, bro. I think you need to let him know that you won't tolerate this behaviour in the future, either pay on time or move out. Otherwise he might want to do this type of thing all the time.
