I have been doing a ckd bulk with 4800 calories daily with about 38 hours of carb up time weekly. What would happen if I were to get back on a regular diet and have 100 carbs daily and add 50-100 each week after? Alos, my buddy still is doing the ckd bulk and would like to know if any of you smart people have a good routine for it. He is not sure if you can work out on the days in which he has no carbs, I not sure either.
