Guys
For the past month I have been working out earlier than usual..from 1030 to 12 ( but only for an hour) , comprising of 20 mins cardio and then weights

But I haven't been able to go past an hour before feeling like I'm gonna pass out, and today was the worst! I threw up and was almost doubled over on the floor feeling sick and very faint, even seeing stars!

I don't understand it, I had oatmeal, green tea, and water ( and immidiately before my routine I took 3 hydroxycut equivalent tablets ( which I usually do) so it can't be that I have too much food in my stomach prior to workout right?

Anyone suffered the same or have any suggestions why and what to do about it?

Advice greatly apprecited coz this nautios feeling is having detrimental effects of my drive to hit the gym!
 
In my opinion there can be three things:
1) hydroxicut is affecting your workout
2) your routine is too intense
3) you are not eating enough during the day
 
probably the hydroxycut.

make sure you are getting all the vitamins you can, and drink at least 1.5 gallons of water a day.

also, are you sleeping enough? Try taking a nap before you work out.
 
it sounds like you're doing cardio followed by weights... i think that you should definitely reverse that -- do weights first, then cardio...
 
Possibly too many stimulants prior to your workout. Eithor cut out the green tea or cut back to 1 or 2 hydroxycut.
Just a thought.
Personally I need more then a bowl of oatmeal in me before a workout. Try adding some protien powder to your oatmeal. EAS, Simply mixes well.

Hi Guys, thanks for that, but I need the hxdroxycut to gimme the energy boost I need in the first place so that I can lift..what else would you recommend as an alternative to give me the same 'high'

I have cut the dose down to two tablets and it seems to have made things a little better, but this makes no sense as I have been taking them for a year now and this thing has only started happening since I changed my workouts from afternoon (4pm)to mid morning (11am) ..would that have anything to do with it?
