Ok...i have a dilemma. I am wondering if i should workout today.
I try to go as my body will allow and so far it has been up to it. I did a 5km run yesterday, a short deadlift workout and bench accessories. Did sprints this morning for an 1hr with the team.
My legs are sore. Do i still have an upper body workout today or should i take today off and workout tomorrow?
