Quick question about treadmill cardio.

Just wondering, when I run on the treadmill, I usually stay between 4.5 and 5.0 for my speed. I was wondering if this is too slow, even though I do it for 25 minutes at a time and my heart rate stays between 140 and 160 bpm. Is there something I should change or is this a good fat burning zone?

Don't worry about trying to hit the "fat burning zone." That will be different for everyone and is a subjective fat loss indicator at best.

You want your pace to be comfortable, but enough to get your heart rate up for an extended period. This is many times more important than how fast you are going.
