Tuesday log, I feel like complete shit. Lol I'm training back today. Starting with reverse grip on the squat rack bent over rows 4 sets warm up with 125 20reps, 225 20 reps, 315 12teps, back to 125 for failure. Then cables again going light then heaviest ranging from 20reps to 15 then failure. Superset that with cable pull downs for the lats. Then Tbar rows heaviest 670 ish at the end, I superset this with inverted rows. Finish with seated rows. Follow this with 45 min of cardio. 5 pills of anavar.
 
I don't know just burned out. I haven't trained with this intensity in a long time brother. My protein is high always done about 200g a day I forgot to mention that, more then that I think I'll shit it out lol.

@Davidbuff7349 with trenbolone if you dont have organ liver support and ppar support you'll get some nasty sides. Did you start n2guard and cardarine?

like getting tired is a huge side of it

burned out already and you are on page 3 of the log. this is not good.

try getting in an extra 2 hours of sleep
 
if you feel down then take a look at your eating habits and timing
