I was wondering... If I wake up and do cardio, then i eat. I lose fat and not muscle right?
And if I prefer to do the cardio after lifting, will that decrease my muscle gain that I would've gotten if I didnt do cardio after lifting? And if Cardio after lifting is a good idea, how much of it? And should I still use creatine + protein right after my lifting or after the cardio? thank you
