QUICK cardio question?

I was wondering... If I wake up and do cardio, then i eat. I lose fat and not muscle right?

And if I prefer to do the cardio after lifting, will that decrease my muscle gain that I would've gotten if I didnt do cardio after lifting? And if Cardio after lifting is a good idea, how much of it? And should I still use creatine + protein right after my lifting or after the cardio? thank you :) :) :)
 
You are doing your cardio accurately. Cardio in the morning or after your work out. Take your creatine, carbs and protein after you do your post workout cardio for best results.
