so I have a question for everybody about using creatine
I started on Creatine about a year ago at first the gains were real I was definitely seeing improvements in my strength and I was gaining muscle much more fast than I was naturally
but then after about 4 or 5 months they gained slowed down and it seemed like the creatine stopped working
does this mean I have to increase the dose higher or is this something that normally happens with creatine use?
I agree with you creatine do help a lot at first but then the process get's slower because our bodies also produce creatine. It maybe possible that your body does not need creatine anymore.
