Queston on my Diet

First off i wanna bulk up

Breakfast
4 eggs 24oz milk

Snack fruit
lunch 2 chicken breast 2 serving of veggies and 24oz milk

Snack
Protein shake

Dinner 2 chicken breast 2 serving of veggies 24oz milk

snack
tuna and protein shake maybe some crab meat

I also throw in some more carbs throughout the day
So what am I missing?

anyway, have you ever had flax oil in your diet?
 
If you're trying to gain weight you can try adding more low glycemic carbs to your diet. Try some whole wheat bread with breakfast - or get some oats. Sweet potatoes a good choice at dinner and they taste excellent!!

Also try to get some red meat in there somewhere!! Nothing will pack on the beef like beef. No pun intended.

Flax oil is pressed from flax seeds - it's a great source of essential fatty acids. You can also load up on all natural peanut butter for healthy fats - or try eating salmon (you can also supplement with fish oil caps).
 
what are ur stats , it doesnt look like u have enough carbs , since u are bulking why not add some brown rice , or even white rice with ur chicken servings........also baked and sweet potatoes are my favorate....also do u drink water or just milk because even while bulking u should consume 1 gallon a day.......
 
You deffinatly need to be taking in more good fats and more complex carbs. Milk has lots of fat, and the carbs arent the best for growth because, a great deal of it is fructose.
