Hey Everyone wondering if I can ask your expertise on these cutting questions:
#1. I will be honest, I am sick to death of steel cut oatmeal and CRAVE something with a crunch to it. While cutting for my last show I ONLY did steel cut oats (1/4 cup ) in the am with one scoop whey isolate for breakfast. I was wondering if using organic weetabix biscuits in place is okay. I am currently 6 weeks out....pics below..I am sitting at about 8.5 percent body fat.

Breakdown of weetabix (would take in one or two biscuits)

Ingredients of Weetabix
INGREDIENTS:
Organic Wholegrain Wheat, Organic Malted Barley Extract, Organic Sugar Cane, Sea Salt
#2. I also picked up some Ezekial Organic Cereal, breakdown is the following
¼ cup
95 cals
.5 fat
20 carbs
4 protein
again based on wholegrain wheat and malted barley.
#3. Do any of you use the WALDEN FARMS products while cutting? Is it okay to use the sugar free/fatfree salad dressings? What about the apple butter spread or strawberry jam that is also fat and sugar free? I cut it out three weeks ago, but to be honest I am having a really hard time dieting this time around.
#4. When do most of you cut the whey isolate protein powder? I take in at least three shakes a day due to my schedule in place of real meat.
#5. Okay, last question DO any of you take in a sugar free energy drink while cutting. Last time when I cut I took in only water and coffee ...that was IT. Before I started cutting I became ADDICTED to sugar free SOBE....I am Dying to have one ...if I can have it...how often?
