Question on Deloading for 5X5 Madcow routine?

So I stalled on Biceps 2 weeks in a row for my 100LBS for 8 reps.

How should I deload with the use of my fractional weights?..

A.) Drop 10lbs and increase by 1.5lb per week increments
B.) Drop 20lbs and increase by 2.5lb per week increments
c.) Drop 20lbs and increase by 1.5lb per week increments

A&B would take 8 weeks to get back to 100lbs while C would take 16 weeks.

What do you suggest? THANKS!
 
2-4 months for 10 pounds? something else is off. either diet, sleep, or you need to change up your curls. theres so many options, barbell, dumbell, cable curls, chins, hammer curls, overhand, bicep ladder

edit: sorry if this goes against madcow training, which i know nothing about..
 
I'm no expert by anymeans but this is how I'd do it.70#3*10, 75#3*10, 80#3*8, 85#3*8, 90#2*8, 95#2*8, 100#1*8....7 weeks total. Also along with hammer curls and some other bi, I'd do negatives everytime with a heavier weight or negative Pullups to finish up each workout. Also do it 2x's a week.

if your stalling consistantly at that weight try switching upto to a 5 3 1 or something. i will only do 2 deloads on the same routine. my deload week is way diff than anything u listed. i just take an easy week. no calorie def if your on that. cardio and bout 50% weights for me, for about 10 reps which is still nowhere near tiring me out. then i start again so im back on my max weight in 4 weeks
 
Wendler's 5/3/1 is an excellent program. SouthernLord has used it. I know ExtraMile loves it too.

Yep I used it when I was powerlifting back in 2010. I made some good gains even though when I look back my diet wasn't great.
