Question for the diet gurus...

My normal diet is something like this:

I have four meals throughout the day each with a large source of protein, as well as a protein shake after my workout.

Breakfast (incl 1 cup of egg whites) 12pm
Lunch (incl 300 - 350g of chkn, beef or fish) 3pm
Dinner (incl 300 - 350g of chkn, beef or fish) 8 - 9 pm
Before bed (yogurt with 50g casein protein) 2am

When I train its usually around 4pm, so add a protein shake in there about 1 - 2 hrs before dinner.

Anyway, on Friday morning I have an exam so will need to get up at 7am, and will need to get to sleep at around 11pm on Wednesday.

Would it still have the same effect if I had dinner at the usual time on Thursday night, go to bed soon after dinner, then have Thursday's 'before bed' meal at 7am on Friday, and Friday's 'breakfast' at the usual time of 12pm??

So basically I'm asking if it's okay to have Thursday's 'before bed' meal five hours later on Friday morning just this once, and have five meals on Friday instead of four.

I hope that made sense... Thanks for your help.
 
Right, sorry...

I've had a pretty hectic schedule over the past month and have been playing competitive sport, so I'm just trying to maintain at the moment. Will be looking to bulk again once I'm done with exams.
 
keep in mind your body does not know what time it is. i would try to eat more than 4 times a day, but that is just me...

if this is just for one day..I seriously would not worry about it as long as you are getting the food in
