Question for the diet gurus

Im currently being coached by a professional bber named Phil Hernon and he has me eating a 40/30/30 split of pro carb and fat per meal totaling aroung 5000 cals per day in 6 meals. He said what to get my fats carbs and pro from and I got to lookin at it and I noticed that I could make shakes out of it. Not to give away all his advise but in each shake Im getting 80g pro from isolat pro powder or tuna 62 g carbs from oats bananas and strawberries and 30g fats from olive oil in 5 shakes ed with a normal breakfast of the same breakdown of macros. My question is dose it hurt you in any way to blend all your food in a blender?
 
not IMO but limiting yourself to only 5 foods isnt the best idea IMO.. now if that is not all you are eating go for it..

my mom/sister do this for 'special needs' people everyday..
 
Well i know for a fact chewwing burns cals. But if your bulking and an extremely hard gainer than you might drink all as a way around the decent amount of cals digesting creates. But just plain weird and not fun to me imo.
 
I do add other things in there........all clean food sources of course. And this is Mon-Fri only the weekend is more solid foods than shakes. Ive been doing this for about 2 weeks now and have gained 4 lbs and I feel a lot better. Also Im pretty sure I droped a bunch of water and my skin looks a lot better.
 
keep at it then!!!!

sometimes it is much easier to sacrifce variety and taste for convenience i do it all the time even if it means eating the same thing over and over.. to me results are way better motivation then taste.
