Im currently being coached by a professional bber named Phil Hernon and he has me eating a 40/30/30 split of pro carb and fat per meal totaling aroung 5000 cals per day in 6 meals. He said what to get my fats carbs and pro from and I got to lookin at it and I noticed that I could make shakes out of it. Not to give away all his advise but in each shake Im getting 80g pro from isolat pro powder or tuna 62 g carbs from oats bananas and strawberries and 30g fats from olive oil in 5 shakes ed with a normal breakfast of the same breakdown of macros. My question is dose it hurt you in any way to blend all your food in a blender?
