someone who hasnt seen the vidoes would say that

i have the seminar tapes; there is definately a lot on there that you can find in the online articles but there also are a bunch of tidbits hidden throughout them, as well as actually bein able to watch the guys lift.

Tonite i actually saw a woman on all 4's under the reverse hyper with a single 5lb plate on it using it to do a buttblaster type exercise and telling her friend how the padded shelf on top was a seat so you could let your fet dangle and stretch in between sets...

And the show has reached a new low...
