I am trying to remember the correct PWO shake ingredients that was referred to me on this board a few years ago. I tried to do a search, but everyone seems to be asking more targeted questions, where mine is more generic.
What is the best combo for a PWO shake?
I think I was previously using 45g ISO whey, 45g Glycocarb, and 45g dextrose. Does this sound right?
I also came across this one online:
30-45g of whey protein isolate
65g of dextrose
5g of creatine
5g glutamine
Just wondering what is the suggested combo is. Currently, I am bulking, but am going to go back to cutting in no more than three weeks.
