I have read that micellar casein protein take about 7 hours to break down in your system.

How long does it take to break down chicken because I eat a ton of chicken brest.

If you purchase casein or milk isolate directly from the manufacturer it's a little over three dollars a pound but you have to buy a twenty kilo bag and it's unflavored.

Where. I just got the aussie casein from the protein factory for 5.99 a pound. Three would be even better
