I'm 24 years old, 5'11, 207lbs. I'm taking two test-e 250 shots a week and working out 5-6 days a week. I'm eating good now but I need advice for buying proteins(regular and slow digesting), creatine, vitamins, and amino acids. What site is the best bang for the buck? What products do you recommend? Please help!!!

I usually order from www.Bodybuilding.com if you're buying in bulk they offer good discounts and a few free items. They'll also send some samples of other products.

Protein I go with Optimum Nutrition. For both Whey and Casein. Pretty good taste but high quality protein filled with Aminos.

Vitamins I go with animal pak, good quality at a good price.

I never buy Aminos by themself. It's a waste of money. You get plenty from natural proteins and your powders.

And I haven't taken creatine in a long time. Long story, but it gives me weird pressure feelings on my brain. Lol like literally on my brain. It's extremely rare and isn't bad fro your health. I just don't like the feeling.

Just get a good monohydrate creatine. The last one I got came in a big blue bottle. I can't remember the brand, but it was cheap and enough to last you a year. Had some damn good strength gains from it too.

Thanks bud. I think I'm gonna end up going with opti-men for the vitamins but definitely the on whey and on casein. For the creatine I'm just gonna get something cheap that's 1000 grams for around 20 bucks!

I would not say aminos are a waste of money. You ever try GEAR?

Try it and then let me know if you still feel the same.

You should try NTBM.com for your products. Much better option than GNC! More quality products and better pricing without a doubt!

Ya that's definitely the way I'd go. Just remembered, get as much as you can from regular sources, like chicken, turkey egg whites etc. Whey and Casein is just to help with convenience. I don't mind cooking, but I don't have time to prep food every single night. So pre and post workout shakes are ideal just to help cut back on cooking. Get your food in check first, then see what you budget allows for in supplements. If you got the money, just go all out. But if you do have a budget, I'd focus Whey > Casein > Creatine > pre workout > multi vitamin > and aminos.

Lol are you referring to actual gear or a brand of aminos?

If you're talking about a brand, they hardly give any boost. You get plenty of aminos from regular whey and casein shakes. The only time they make you feel different is because most are packed with caffeine. Making you guys think they give you some amazing energy boost. Body builders just use it for that tiny extra boost if their budget allows for it. Which they usually get it for free anyways. It is by no means essential in any way.
