What are the coorect values? I've seen anywhere from 4-7 calories per gram of protein, 7-11 calories per gram of fat and 4-7 calories per gram of carbs. This range is to wide and my diet was based off those larger numbers and if the smaller ones are right then I am ingesting about 1500 calories under where I should be. Please help.

so far all i've seen is protein = 4cal/g, carbs = 4 to 4.5cal/g, and fat = 9cal/g. This always gets very close (if not right on) when checking total calories/serv of the food in question.

That blows..that means I have been under eating during my last 3 cycles by anywhere from 1300-1700 calories. thanks for the help.

What? No no no, they NEVER add up to the total amount of cals for the particular food. Food always contains other trace elements, fiber, etc that screw up the total calories. Just make sure you get your needs in grams first, not in cals.
