I was thinking of changing my 1/2 cup oats, scoop whey, cup of dry curd cc and 1 tb of ANPB, to just the Cottage cheese and adding another 2tb of peanut butter.....maybe like an hour 1/2 before training? Question is...do most of you eat carbs and protein or fats pre-workout?
 
2 scoops whey, 1 scoop oats (which is about 30g's IIRC) and a couple spoons flax seed... I have it with my ECA 45-60 mins before I start lifting.

I usually do a protein shake and ANPB, but I'm thinking of trying to add some oats in, I run out of gas about 3/4 of the way through. Also, if I do the PB too close to the workout (like 30 min) I get a little nasuea.
 
I was thinking just cottage cheese, ANPB and coffee............to much oats for the day, feeln bloated!

yeah I like to go with ANPB before workouts, it always seems to help for me.
Ive never tried cottage cheese Pre-W, usually just keep it before bed. Do you guys that eat carbs actually think it helps you? I have never tried, although I never really seem to have a problem with energy (gotta love being 18)

Jkurz how the hell can you drink coffee and eat cottage cheese in one meal...
well how hte hell can you drink coffee in the first place ;) i hate the taste!
