I start with 6g BCCA and 10g Glutamine within 2 minutes of finishing my workout
stretch then 10 minutes after i use 80g maxy waze and 40g isolate protein mixed with water.
I always keep away from bread no matter the time of day. and as INGRAM said fat post workout isn't good. fast protein and carbs.
Preworkout- 6-8g L-arginine, 6g BCAAS, 10g Glutamine, 1.25g ALA, 5g cretain sthyl ester mixed with 40g glucose. always helps to boast my workout. not a cheap combo but lasts a long time.
