Potasium Supplementing?????

I've been cutting hard for about 6 weeks. Almost down to 7% bf and want to throw in a potasium supplement to maybe shed some water weight. Not really sure how to supplement or how much to use. Please give me some help in this situation. Currently consuming around 50 carbs per day, 250 grams of protein and 100 grams of fat, all extremely clean.

Thanks everyone.

You can take 1 - 50mg potassium pill or drink 1/8th a cup of milk and get the same amount of potassium.

I choose the milk.

Vegetables are not that bad also :)

you can always buy 'no salt' or 'salt substitute' at the grocery store, it is potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride. Then you mix a small amount of that in your drink and drink it. But i'd keep the doses to 1g potassium at one sitting or so.

The RDA is around 2500mg a day, one 99mg pill won't cut it.
From what I've heard the RDA for sodium is 2400 mg a day, and the general consensus is to get 4x the amount of potassium as salt, making the recommended potassium intake around 20000 mg.

It's easy to eat that much, you just have to eat a balanced diet.
