Thought that setting up a post ofr diets will allow everyone at elite fitness to have better options on what to eat etc... Below is what I have been eating but plan on changing this up once I get other ideas from ef

*1 cup oatmeal/Protein Drink = 520Cal & 28 grams Protein

*(post workout) 2tsb peanut butter/protein drink-creatine/Gatorade = 340 calories & 38 grams protein

*5 eggs (omega 3’s)/1 cup hash-browns = 414 calories & 30 grams protein

*Meal Replacement Drink/half cup of cashews = 540 calories & 20 grams protein

*1 pack tuna/1 cup veggies = 170 calories & 22 grams protein

*2 tsb Peanut Butter/Protein Drink = 290 calories & 38 grams protein

*8 to 10 oz Turkey = 320 calories & 36 grams protein
 
meal 1: 2 servings of steel cut oats, 2 scoops whey

meal 2: 1 cup brown rice, 1 can of tuna, 6 scrambled egg whites

meal 3: (pwo meal): same as above

meal 4: 3 scoops of whey

meal 5: 8oz sirloin or top round

meal 6: 12 oz orange roughy

meal 7: 12 egg whites

2500 cals
360 grams of protein
139 grams of carbs
fats from protein sources, but none added

my first meal has the most calories at 540 and the calories drop lower as the day goes by, last meal is 204 calories.

every 4th day, i add 2 servings of steel cut oats to meal 4, 1 cup of brown rice to meal 5 & 6, and 1 serving steel cut oats to meal 7

3300 calories
360 grams of protein
290 grams of carbs
no fat added
 
been trying palumbos cut. its my first cut so plz let me know if my diet is off

meal one: 6 whole omega 3 eggs
meal two: 6 oz. chicken breast with cashews
meal three: 50 g whey with tbsp pb
meal four: two cans of tuna with tbsp smart choice oil
meal five: 50 g whey with tbsp pb
meal six: 4 whole eggs with a random lean meat
