I started back to the gym about a month ago. I used the sitting weighted crunch machine with moderate weight for several days. Now my lower back is hurting. Normally this sort of back issue with me is taken care of with a dose or 2 of Ibuprophen, 2 days max and at most using one of those back heating patches for a day. But this has been going on for over a week. It isn't excruciating but it is there and ruins me otherwise feeling great. I don't wanna do any stretches cause I don't wanna accidentally do anything to aggravate it worse. I haven't been doing any abs, trying to rest it. What should I do?!!
