Sorry, been away from P.C for a few days. It now looks like this;
7.00 a.m 70g Porridge Oats, 1 tbls splenda, handfull nuts, 4 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, multi vit, extra vit C.
9.45 a.m (post training) 80g Dextrose, 40g whey (may up these amounts but my stomach a gets upset with too much dextrose for some reason).
11.45 a.m 66g Wholemeal pasta, 135g chicken, handfull nuts, a little stir in sauce.
2.15 p.m Same as 11.45 but maybe with rice or tuna instead, 1 orange or banana.
4.00 p.m Wholemeal pitta with 135g turkey/turkey mince and peppers, carrot, onion, handfull nuts.
6.30 p.m 230g (uncooked weight) potato, 135g chicken, portion mixed veg, handfull nuts.
10.00 p.m 125g Chicken, 20g cottage cheese, handfull of mixed nuts, 20g Udos oil.
The cals/fats/prot/carb breakdown is similar to before but a little higher in all areas, I will watch this and if too much bodyfat goes on I will reduce the carbs and fats a little.
