I'm looking to start my cutting cycle April 1st, which gives me roughly 10 days to set a diet for myself. I weigh 160 and am 5'8, been training seriously for 3 years. I'm doing a 8 week Anavar only cutting cycle. I'm looking to drop down to about 5 % body fat. I have my workout set up but my big question is with diet. How many cals/carbs/g of protein should I consume daily to achieve this goal. I presently do not run at all, and look to run daily once I start the cycle. Any tips on diet/nutrition? Any advice would be greatly appriciated.
