Please Critique My Diet. Tear It Apart!!!

whatsup bro's. ok here we go. the first time ever cutting lol. ive pretty much bulked for yrs since ive been in the game and have added an enormous amount of muscle which im pleased with, but unfortunately have not looked that great or been able to show it off with the amount of body fat i have. so it is time to shred. to give u a heads up this is my 11th day on fina 75mg ed. will have fina for 11 wks. in the 6th wk will start winstol at 50mg ed...stats are:
5 ft 7
weight= 218lbs
body fat= 17.5%
to let u know, have never stuck with a diet before and never been low in body fat ever, with that in mind, i am looking to shed as much body fat as possible, understanding that i will lose some muscle in the process. my goal is to finally be able to take the shirt off and show everything off lol. here has been my diet for the past 11 days.. have seemed to lose on my midsection while on this diet but i just want to know if im on track. here is diet so far:

8am:
4 scarmbled eggs w/ tblspn butter
melted chz
flax seed caps x 2

10am:
2 scoop protein shake
(40g protein, 240 cal)
1 tbl olive oil

1pm:
8oz sirloin stk
green vegetables

3pm:
2 scoop protein shake
1 tbl olive oil

6pm:
8oz salmon
1tbl olive oil
vegetables

9pm:
2 scoop protein shake
40g protein, 240 cal.
1 cap flax

thats about it. drinking over a gallon of water a day. clen 2 wks on/ thermo 2 wks off. weight training 5 days on 1 day off.. will start cardio in wk 3. let me know what u think. am i on track? does that look good? i have used keto-stix and am in ketosis right now. will the weight start coming off big time if i stick to this? also need words of encouragement lol. ive never stuck to a diet and am trying so fuckin hard this time. i fuckin want ittttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!

cut out the cheese. i think your getting plenty of fat, if not too much. all you really need is flax and some olive oil, not 3 servings of it a day. in the am dont do scrambled eggs, just egg whites. thats all i can think of, make sure you get plennty of fiber.remember,
