Hey peeps, wazaaaaap.
Following Mr.X's very, extremely helpful post on bulking, I've calculated my food intake. Sure I've started to eat more, and more healthy, but was it enuff? God only knows! So here's what I've got..
at 135 lbs I'll need to intake about 2700 calories a day to bulk up.
Protien - 270 g / day (1080 cals from this)
Carbs - 203 g / day (812 cals from this)
Fat - 88 g / day (792 cals from this)
At 6 meals a day..
45 g protein, 34 g carbs and 15 g fat per meal.
I guess the hard part for me is to pick out what foods I need to be eating at each meal. This might be hard considering I work a desk job and pretty much chained here 8 hrs. Good in a way cuz I'm not burning any calories,.. unless relentless amounts of typing has become an excercise I've not yet been made aware of
I'll keep ya'll posted. I ran out of Protein / Creatine.. so I gotta go pick some up tonite. Gonna try something different.. was previously using GNC's Whey Protein Isolate (low carbs) but have heard good things about Pro-Labs N Large 2. I'll keep ya posted. Anyone recommend a good creatine?
