OK,
continuing with the crazy idea of the CTS (Cut that shit) Competition, here you have the first thread with Training and Diet Programs for your reviewing pleasure...
The idea is that every participant starts a thread with his initial program, so that it can be reviewed. 1 week before the 1st of April, we will copy paste all the final versions of the programs (after the valuable input from our fellor EFers) into a single CTS General Diet/Training Programs Thread.
Sounds like fun, heh?
Anyway, I started working on the CTS website (Ok, I only created the subdomain... but I did something, right???)

A word about my lifting: With all this cardio, muscle protection is a must, (for this reason I add a little protein powder to my morning oats)... one way to protect your muscle is by keeping it where it is!!! so, I will be lifting like this:
3 sets x 8 reps per muscle group. Each set till failure (max 10 reps, at which point I will increase weight)
So fellow competitors, start creating your review threads!!! (if you want, PM me your things and I will post them in the site as well).
Oh yeah, my goals for those 12 weeks.... I am starting the competition at about 203 lbs @ 23% BF... After 12 weeks of this program I want to be around 175lbs @ 13% bf (at which point I will take a little break from cutting)

PS. My program is a 100% cardio-fest thing, so if you are a newbie, take the diet (if it matches your current weight more or less) and the lifting program but tone down the cardio a bit: Skip the HIIT in the evenings and you will be fine. I am only doing it because I have been cutting for 6 months straight and it's time for me to up my game for 12 weeks and see what is the most I can achieve in that period.
